CSR Overview
Thanks to the AfB concept, companies can now carry out actions that are fully in line with a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy in a very simple and quick way. When you entrust us with your IT assets at the end of their lifecycle, you participate in an ecological action that aims to extend their lifespan, but also in a solidarity action. Thanks to you, we can create new jobs that are offered primarily to people with disabilities. Together, we do something useful for the environment and Society.
Phineo studies projects with a strong social impact in order to recommend them to solidarity finance investors within the framework of philanthropic projects. Following a study carried out by Phineo based on precise evaluation criteria, the firm decided to award a social impact label to the AfB group.
Our partners impact
1,000 partnerships at 18 sites in Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland have already created more than 320 jobs within the AfB Group, more than 50% of which are for people with disabilities. Studies at the University of Berlin attest to this ecological and social impact. We are delighted to provide our partners with key indicators that enable them to measure their impacts.
